Not my usual chain but I didn’t feel uncomfortable or unsafe in the hotel. Run down for sure but my room was very clean. The gym was operational and so were the elevators. Breakfast was the usual waffles, coffee, yogurt spread. Disappointed that Expedia overcharged me.

Breakfast was great with a good variety of foods available, Our room only had one chair meaning one of us had to sit on the bed. I have spinal issues and my husband has mobility issues. A second chair would have been appreciated.

The hotel was good for some place to lay your head. The walls are very thin. You can hear everyone having conversation in their rooms. The hotel needs a good upgrade. There was trash everywhere outside. They do not take pride in their hotel appearance. The positive side is that the hotel is very close to the Big E and it is very easy to get to and from the fair. Also there is a big plaza right across the street from the hotel that if you need anything at all from shopping to groceries to some place to eat, it is all right there.

The hotel was absolutely spotless, the staff was perfect, the breakfast was OK. The only drawback is being right next the highway. The noise from the passing vehicles prevented a good night's sleep. This is of no fault of the hotel or the staff but it is something to take into consideration.
