I spent 5 nights at this hotel and it was excellent! It is clean throughout, comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located for my needs - close to grocery stores and restaurants or anything you might need. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. I had a small issue with the toilet and Maintenace fixed it very quickly. My room was very clean, and well equipped with kitchen utensils etc. Bed was really comfortable, and the room had a good amount of cupboards, closets and drawer space. The breakfast is terrific. Plenty of options for a good, healthy breakfast and well set-out. The lady who takes care of it clearly knows what she is doing and takes great pride in putting on a splendid breakfast. I'm a coffee snob...the coffee at this hotel is VERY GOOD and so nice to have real 1/2 and 1/2 creamer for it! The Hotel Manager, was very helpful and responsive in clearing up a reservation and rate issue when Expedia was less than helpful. They took it upon themself to solve the problem quickly for me. I will definitely be staying at this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations while in the West Springfield, North / South Hampton area. I would however caution against booking through Expedia as they were less than helpful in assisting / supporting me in resolving a rate discrepancy I had. Expedia does not provide satisfactory customer service & support in my opinion.

This is a great location for those traveling; very swift connection to the interstate. The property itself has seen better days with significant depreciation. Still offers enough comfort to be categorized as a hotel and not motel. Breakfast was good, self service buffet style with paper plates and disposable utensils. Not at all luxury but good for an economy - budget class property. The breakfast team fast and friendly re-stocking the buffet quickly (was busy - did a great job). Check in and check out was not so great! I booked long in advance via Expedia and was told at check in I had already paid. I told the young lady I did not think that was correct but she was sure I had paid. This turned out to be inaccurate, two days later, when I checked out a different receptionist told me I was all set, so I assumed I had paid. To make a long story short, the hotel realized I had not paid so ran my credit card number, I got a Fraud alert and payment was declined. This followed with me getting emails and calls requesting me to contact the hotel regarding my „check-out.“ I ended up having to call back twice and request that they run the transaction while on the phone. This was not so fun dealing with do after driving home 5 hours. The check-in and out process needs to be reconsidered. Run the transactions while the guest is there… All in all this is a solid property good for leisure travelers, team is courteous, good breakfast, beware of check out. I would stay here again.

The rooms need updating but the staff was very helpful and sweet. I was there for 2 weeks coming from Georgia and I got to see all my friends and family. I would stay there again. It’s very convenient to all the shops and restaurants.

We got there on a Friday, and one of the toilets (2 bedroom suite) was plugged when me flushed. I would have fix it myself, but front desk couldn't find a plunger. Saturday morning they sent maintenance to fix. We left for the day, when we came back to the room that evening same toilet was plugged again. Told front desk Sunday morning as we checked out. Toilet line needs to be snaked as their is something in the line catching when toilet is used (NORMALLY).

We stayed at this hotel for six days and enjoyed a cozy, clean apartment. Everything was spotlessly maintained, and we felt comfortable during our stay. The only issue was the bed, which was very soft and not ideal for me, as I experienced back pain each night. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. The breakfast lady was incredibly friendly and did a great job keeping the area tidy and organized. We had a lovely time and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Stayed at a studio suite. It was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Some wear and tear seen in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. It consisted of scrambled eggs, pork sausage, and breakfast sandwich. I could only eat the scrambled eggs since I don’t eat pork. TV channels didn’t seem to work at first, but it fixed itself. I would stay here again.
