    Great location in walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and the fort/waterway. Condo was renovated and clean...and we enjoyed sitting on the outdoor porch for some great people watching - a very different vibe at 7am and 11PM.

    Birthday Trip!

    We stayed here for my daughter and I birthday and we LOVED IT. The porch overlooks a popular walking area and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. The inside was clean, and the beds were comfy. The only thing is the TVs didn't work too well, but we didn't find ourselves needing the TV all the much anyways. Stocked kitchen for cooking if you wanted to. would book again.

    We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in historic downtown. The location couldn’t be more perfect—steps away from great restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

    Central to Everything

    This is an excellent place to stay if you like to be Central to everything and don't mind hearing the bands at night. They have thought of everything here including a sound machine for sleeping. We loved spending time on the balcony overlooking the water and all of the people walking by.

    The apartment and communication with the host were excellent. The location is right in the heart of downtown on a lively street, which we loved. The balcony (with a little peek of the water) was a perfect spot to relax between strolling the streets and exploring St. Augustine. Definitely recommend!

    Property was well listed and described. In the heart of the historic district and in walking distance to all main tourist sites. Very clean and well stocked. As stated, there are restaurants and bars that are open and play music until midnight on the weekend so it can be loud until then. Overall an amazing place to stay!

    The property itself is in a great location. Great view from the balcony, even a glimpse of water. The actual parking is a couple blocks down which was the only negative I have, but they work with what they have and my vehicle was fine during our stay. Walking distance to everything was amazing! Great communication with managment. We would recommend this property for future guests.

    Nicely furnished and decor. Great location! There is an outside gate with a gate code and a door code. Spoke with host and they were going to clean up check in process as it was not detailed with gate code information which delayed out check-in by an hour or so. Also not good details with the address of the parking spot. Directions to it, but not address. We parked in the parking ramp and walked over- only 5-10 minute walk. Fun Spot!

    Lovely space. A few corrections to the online description: the restaurant next door has live music six days of the week - all days except Wednesday when they close. All is silent between 10 to 11 PM but don’t plan on sleeping before then in the back bedroom. Also, the paid parking is 4 - 5 blocks from the unit, *not* next door. The listing doesn’t clarify this. We did the free parking, which is just fine and is, indeed, a 10 minute walk away.

    This rental was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—close to everything we needed, with amazing views and easy access to local attractions. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Just a little loud if you are a light sleeper but it didn’t bother us. We felt right at home the entire stay. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

    Historic Fun

    We really enjoyed the house and its location. It was great for walking to see all the historic sites and taking the tours. Food and drinks are all within walking distance as well as the bay. We enjoyed heading out in the early morning to watch the sunrise over the bay. Parking was a little inconvenient since it was down the street. Make sure to unload all your belongings at the gate before you park. Over all it was a great time in a great city!

    We had the best time. The rooms were clean and decorated so nicely. Loved the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Great location too. There is noise from nearby bands. We used our sound canceling ear pods and that took care of it for us. I also had a few lightweight dresses that I hung up in the back window for a little more privacy. Loved the gated entrance - it felt so safe. The parking is not close - you will have to drop off at the gate and then go park.

    Beautiful property, in great condition and comfortable, couldn’t be more conveniently located. Very good communication from the property manager. Only docked a star for noise- the area is very very very noisy at night and starts back at 6AM. If you are a light sleeper bring a white noise machine and earplugs. Maybe the local police will address the cruising around and around the block with your stereo blasting teen night culture.
