Right on the beach! Over-sized windows offer panoramic views of the ocean from every room. You can even check out the surf from the comfort of your bed. The second floor kitchen, dining and living spaces all open to the wrap-around deck, offering a view in all directions.
A spacious primary bedroom with king bed and additional guest bedroom with queen bed are on the second floor, with a full bath. Downstairs, an additional living space is perfect for guests, with two sleeping spaces: one formal bedroom with queen bed, one full bed in the common space, and a full bath. Outside, near the hot tub is a convenient outdoor shower.
The upstairs and downstairs are not connected inside, but easily accessed by the double staircase just outside. After a full day on the beach, warm your bones in the hot tub or get cozy by the wood fireplace. Gas Grill. EV Charger. Dogs Allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee, $500 security deposit. Bed Configuration: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, and 1 Full sized Bed.

Best location for beach getaway!
We loved the house. Super nice to have upstairs and downstairs separate. Perfect orientation for ocean views and sunlight. I loved being in full view of the ocean vs behind a sand dune. We def would rent again.

Stinson Beach Perfection
The most ideal weekend right on the sand. Breathtaking views from every inch, amazing open floor plan. We can't wait to come back again in the summer months. Place was exactly as described and check-in/check-out was effortless. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect Family Getaway
6 of us (3 generations) came together for a week at the beach. This house was perfect. Parents and children enjoyed having their own space downstairs while grandparents enjoyed the views from upstairs. After playing at the beach all day, bike riding, runs and surfing we would meet back at the house for wonderful sunsets and dinners. Very comfortable home!

Memorizing Oceanfront Views!
This was a charming beachfront home, perfect location for our mini-family reunion/vacation. And after living in Europe for 5 years, it was also an ideal way to spend some time with my old friend, the majestic Pacific! Summer surf is perfect for body or kite boarding (w/ wetsuit of course), surfing is probably better in winter. Beach volleyball court right out front (regulation - no joke, antennas and everything for local league play). Local markets were overpriced, I don't mind overpaying for convenience, but it well exceeded that, so seriously bring what you can. Local restaurants (specifically Parkside and Breakers) were phenomenal in quality and menu variety, and dog friendly. Only downside on the property was hot tub didn't work, which seemed to be a long standing/known issue (20 year old tub), property management didn't do much besides quickly quote the rental contract disavowment clause for maintenance and Heisman you to deal with the repair company directly, at least they were very responsive and it appears a new hot tub will soon be on order for this property for future renters. But you can tell me how that works out later...
