Windswept Villas - Relax with your coffee or a drink on the balcony of this remodeled 3rd floor Condo with beautiful views of the ocean! Even better, wake up in the King size bed as you look out the 8ft. expansive glass doors as the morning sun rises up to meet the horizon. Whatever you choose, you’ll love the feeling of being at here at Once Upon a Tide! This building is directly beachfront with private access to the beach or our saltwater pool. Calm, relaxing atmosphere as you enjoy everything Surfside Beach has to offer. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen (both a regular & Keurig coffee maker), full bath, lots of storage and in-unit washer & dryer! Cable TV and high-speed internet to reach out to the outside world if you need to.... OR just sit back, watch the waves & dolphins and let time slowly relax both your mind and body. The sofa reclines on each end as you sit back at night and watch cable TV. Shelving on each side of the bed with outlets equipped to charge your devices while you sleep. Bluetooth speaker/light/night light/fans allows you to listen to you favorite tunes while showering or soaking in the tub. Beach chairs included with rental. Once you’re here, you’ll never want to leave! Unfortunately there is NOT and elevator.

Walking distance to Piers, restaurants and beach shopping or just a short drive away from Murrells Inlet, dubbed the Seafood Capital of South Carolina; where you’ll find a wide variety of seafoods, steaks, pizza and even burgers, as you dine while looking out over the Inlet and Marsh as the sun goes down. You can even stroll down the Marsh Walk and listen to a variety of bands/music.

Just bring a few necessities, the one you love, and enjoy your best vacation ever at Once Upon a Tide! Sorry, no pets allowed. Additionally, plug-ins are being for those who are sensitive or may have allergies to scented products.

Clean wonderful host. Door to enter does stick. Have to nudge with hip each entry quite aggressively. Villa comfortable gorgeous view. Everything needed supplied. Only issue about 50 steps no elevator. With a lot of belongings difficult on 70 year olds. Host BERY pleasant and responsive

Absolutely loved it!

My husband and I loved our stay! The unit was beautiful and Teresa was wonderful to work with. She was so responsive, accommodating , and a pleasure to talk to you. When we arrived, we went right out to the balcony which has comfortable furniture and an amazing ocean view. The deck gets sun and shade so we really enjoyed our time out there. Everything is provided: Keurig, beach chairs and linens. Washer and dryer in unit, big comfy bed so you wake up to ocean view every morning. Very clean. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Charming , quiet area. Wide streets and beautiful Carolina colors. Every restaurant we’ve been to in last two trips were wonderful. Casual environment, friendly people.

Spring Beach Getaway

My husband & I spent two weeks at Teresa's beach condo, it was perfect! Condo is so very clean and the most supplied rental we have ever stayed in (she has thought of so much). The beach views from the deck were amazing! Such a peaceful & relaxing stay!!

Christmas at Once Upon Tide

I felt so at home the minute that I entered this lovely condo. It was so beautifully decorated and inviting. Teresa is such an incredible host and she was so nice and helpful. Lovely condo overlooking the beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely studio condo, very clean. Communication from host was very good, and checkout was easy, only asked that we put our linens in a hamper, take out trash, and clean out fridge. Wonderful stay!

Very nice, clean condo with everything you will need for a perfect stay. Easy walk to the pier that had multiple restaurants near it but also just a short drive to Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. The best part was the incredible ocean view off of the balcony. Teresa was a great host and we hope to be back again soon!

Loved this studio. Beautiful view from the bed and living area. Soothing sounds of the ocean. Teresa was a pleasure to work with and the condo is nicely decorated and well appointed. Comfortable king bed, clean pool, and a nice balcony for coffee or a beverage. So nice to have beach chairs and a beach umbrella to use. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

Literally, paradise. Teresa was a fabulous host- very accommodating. The condo is exactly what we need when we need to get away. The location on the coast is perfect- we can sit on our balcony and people/wave watch very comfortably but we can’t keep ourselves from walking up and down the beach! There’s plenty to do in the area but we can’t seem to find ourselves wanting to do ANYTHING except walk the beach!

Much needed get away!

Everything was exactly like described, with added bonus!! Location, cleanliness and manager who checked in to make sure we were happy. Theresa takes great pride in her unit and goes above to try and include everything you could possibly need to make your vacation perfect. Binoculars for the early morning dolphins, a cooler with beach chairs to make your beach stay ideal. She really try’s to think about what you might need and provides it. Looking forward to returning!!!!
