The hotel is a good budget hotel with decent sized guest suites. The staff are very helpful. With the very high cost of hotels in Sydney , it’s a good, but basic, budget option. Bus transport just in front.

The room was full of dust . Never been vacuum behind the very old broken furniture . The little bar bridge so old not shelf to place food . The door was so derty . The kitchen and breakfast areas needs a good clean up . The hotel owners need to put some money to pay for a good supervisor and cleaner . The building is in a very good location but the accomodations is not good .customers do pay fur a clean place to sleep !!!! I do have photos of the my room shows the poor cleaning standards .

The quality is similar to an ibis budget. The legs on the TV were broken meaning it rolled forward. Parking was tight. Although it had been renovated still felt dated which is part of its charm. Breakfast was basic with no staff present. Like going to your own pantry. Value for money it was good. Plus was the bed was comfortable

Mouse poo all over the window sill, mould through the bathroom. Very thin walls so woken by woman 2 rooms away screaming at her daughter at 11pm, 4am & 7am. Only saw staff at check in - friendly.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. There was no hot water available, despite the temperature being around 10 degrees, which made showering unbearable. What was worse is that following morning was the same and no one to call for help. The shower itself was mouldy and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The blankets appeared unwashed and even had hair on them, which was unsettling and unhygienic. When wanting to make a cup of tea, the cups were also dirty . Unfortunately this place did not meet the expectations of having a pleasant stay.

Perfectly adequate, clean and comfortable low cost accommodation very conveniently located near ie walking distance to Royal North Shore Hospital. If you’re just after a place to stay this is perfect.

Was excellent for proximity to Royal North Shore Hospital. Only a 10 minute walk away. Road noise was pretty bad, as well as noise from other rooms. The breakfast offered is extremely basic: white bread, jam, butter, and a piece of fruit. The room was small but functional. The the location, and price per night this hotel was reasonable value.
