The hotel was very nice but the roll of the hotel it was bad with me last time I am customer with them Then I booked but i get Covid i was so sick i call them and ask Expedia to cancel The hotel refused cancellation and refund my money So I think the hotel staff don’t care about general health for other people For me I will not booking with them any more

I was very happy with accommodation and staff. Have been to 1 other budget ibis and was very differant so i was pleasantly surprised. Thank you would stay here again if service remains the same. As there are always concerts at qudos that we come to.
