Convenient location but unfortunately the room was not clean. Blood stains on bedding & floor dirty. We skipped the included breakfast as it was super busy, over crowded, customers coughing on food. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Book parking in advance if you really have to stay

Booked for State of Origin night (July) in November and received a call 4 days prior to my booking asking about payment, at which time I confirmed that parking was available, to which I was told no, that had to be booked in advance and was booked out. I received no communication to state that despite booking 9 months in advance, and was told was only communicated to people booking on the Accor website. Staff were wholly unhelpful, and tried to contact the hotel for over 24 hours after the initial phone call, and no one would ever answer the phone. Was just told to book parking within the precinct, which, as I stated to them many times, was booked out. The real kicker was the day before my reservation receiving an automated email saying 'parking is unable to be booked in advance'! Clearly here unless you book directly with them you are a second class citizen. Maybe they should remember what kind of hotel they are! The room itself was small as expected, the cobweb from the ceiling and the mould on the blinds were nice touches though

The location was very convenient for what we needed. There were clearly leaks in the property. There was a small of wet carpet and water coming in the window sills when it rained. The carpet was wet. Staff said this was a new problem but the smell said otherwise. Previous stays we did not have the same water/smell issues, possibly just the level/section of the hotel.

Good for a quick overnight stay, no where close for dinner but 3 min drive up the road for takeaways. Convenience store next door is handy for snacks. Parking on two levels is better for security but lifts still let anyone not staying their access to the property. Put a towel along the bottom of the door to reduce the noisy neighbours walking and talking outside. Hard to believe the price increases 400% for the same room when events are on though.

I think the bathroom placement is odd and is the main cause of the more notable reviews ie the cockroaches and the mold. Due to the lack of an extrator fan amd high humidity. I think renovating the bathroom area will fix problems. Over all room was clean and nice. Be warned,you will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.Shampoo and bodywash has been provided but in. 3 in 1bottle. Had valid concerms with elevator esp after a big even as there is a line. Would be nice for an alternative method like stairs of ease of access.

Very disappointing. Dated, no hand towel, no iron (communal laundry only). It was very noisy and the icu f in the cake was the cockroach that ran Ali g the top of the fridge and then under the bed.

During my five-day stay, my room was cleaned only once. I had to request towel changes and cleaning services—something I've never experienced in a hotel before. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was extremely poor. However, the staff were exceptionally polite and respectful, which made the experience somewhat more pleasant.
