When I called to see if it was possible for an early chick in the gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and hung up while still talking to him. And was extremely rude while checking into the hotel. The other staff member was reasonably nice and checked me in.

For the price it was ok. Not a communal bathroom lady with mostly men using the facilities but survived. If I was with my husband - great location.

A great location, close to Central Station and Broadway shopping centre. Huge room! Easy check-in, and they gave us an upgrade with a balcony. Some mould on the bathroom ceiling, and also water was dripping from the bathroom light when it rained heavily. No big issues; maintenance can easily fix those. Overall, a great location and a great stay.

The property is in an ideal location to Central Station, Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed and very quiet. We have stayed there many times when visiting Sydney as it is so convenient

Some areas of the hotel are a bit older and faded, but it's all spotlessly clean, the staff are hepful, and it's right in the centre and yet you cant hear the noise. It's not the fanciest, but it was perfect for what I needed, and Spice Alley is a great spot to eat.
