Upon checking in to our four night stay we were assured that our linens would be changed after two nights and that our room would also be cleaned thoroughly at that time. We didn’t receive the service that we paid for - never did receive clean bed linens or clean towels. And unfortunately our trash was overflowing when we left. Upon checkout all we received was an ‘I’m sorry’ from the desk clerk. It will be interesting to see if any customer service agent contacts us to give us at least a partial refund.
