The check-in process was terrible. We waited 30 minutes to check-in with only three people in front of us. Finally got checked-in and they gave us the same room as the person in front of me. We only found that out because my husband used his key card and walked right into her room, with her in there. Had to go back to the check-in desk and wait again. It was horrible

We were unfortunately super disappointed with our stay. Our tv didn’t work and the shower had no pressure and didn’t drain properly. When my husband brought it to there attention when we where leaving as we only had a one night stay. They just said sorry. 😔

I was offered a bigger room at the Raddison because the one I booked at Park Inn was under maintenance. It was so nice! And the staff were so helpful.

Breakfast buffet was horrible. Sausage patties were burnt and tasted like sawdust. The waffles were stale and ice cold. Only the eggs and toast were edible. Your buffet staff simply don’t give a crap regarding what they are serving your guests.
