Hotel staff were great, stay was nice and quiet. However, breakfast staff were somewhat rude. Hotel gave me a coupon for 10% off my breakfast as part of my stay, however, the staff wouldn’t honour it.

The service was good and generally clean but the furniture and carpets etc are all dated and have deep dirt. It smells old and furniture is very worn. Not what I have experienced at other Four Points that I stay at. I will not return before there is an update reno
