They offered a shuttle service from the airport. However, it arrived 50 minutes after the request. I booked my returned to the airport but later I learned that the hand-written booking was mussing. Otherwise the room was fine.

The hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. My one issue with the hotel was an early check-in charge. I arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes before check in time and asked if they either had a room available or if they could store my bags. They told me that they had a room ready but it would be $30 to...get into? I asked if they could store my bag instead so I could get to my work commitment. They said they would store my bags but only for 3 hours and I wouldn't be finished my work commitment before that time ran out. They ended up giving me a "50% discount" and charged me $15 to get into my already-available room. This really left a bad taste in my mouth. I have travelled all over the world; I've stayed in hotels and motels all across the states, Europe, and Canada. The only time I ever paid an early check in fee was in Iceland when I arrived at 6am and they charged me a $50 to access the room 10 hours early and asked a few of their staff to switch from setting out breakfast to tidying the room (they were saints). I do not understand why I needed to pay $15 to be let into an already-available room or why they couldn't store my bags for more than 3 hours when I was going to stay there for two whole nights. This might seem like a small thing to some but for someone who travels a lot for work and really appreciates the flexibility of being able to drop my bags somewhere (room or storage room), this is reason enough for me not to return.

Everything was excellent except the shower area.
All of these photos are in or around the shower area, this is the only complaint I have about this property. As you can see, some deep cleaning with an old toothbrush if necessary, needs to be done or some re-caulking. I’m glad I had my flip flops.
In addition, around the shower drain, I would take the top off and clean in and all around this area. I do this in my own home, there are only two people in our own and it’s crazy how quickly sludge, hair and dirt collect. I clean it every 3 months.
Cleaning a bathroom is a constant thing in our home and I would think a hotel would need more frequent attention.
