Burnt out lights throughout the hotel - our room looked like someone slept in it and they were re-renting it before it was cleaned - not very helpful front desk - entire facility was unkept - dirty furniture mid and high level dust, poor maintenance. Looks like a run it to the ground establishment. Hope the owner is enjoying all the money while it lasts. A disappointing experience and a poor franchisee - I hope the brand does something

I stayed at this property twice in a week on a recent trip to the Arctic. On my first stay, I opted to take the complementary shuttle from the airport. I waited over an hour after being re assured the shuttle is on its way each time I called. Save yourself the hassle and take an uber from the airport to the hotel for $15. On my way back, the front desk agent seemed more interested in his personal cell phone conversation than checking me in. It was late so I was not too bothered by it. However, once I reached my room and opened the door I quickly learned that it was DIRTY and had not been cleaned since the previous guest checked out, which is extremely disgusting. The front desk agent was apologetic and quickly resolved this issue, but this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport worked fine, and ran ever 30 minutes at :25 and :55. It also might be worth noting that this hotel is an old Wingate Wyndham property and is definitely not on par with the Radisson brand I’ve become accustomed to. It’s definitely in need of some upgrades
