Room was ok. Lot of issues with the shuttle. Called earlier in the day and the manager informed me the shuttle was free and ran every 40 min. He said to call when we arrived and that at the late time we were arriving they would be right over. After calling we had to wait an hour. Growing weary that we would not get a shuttle ( the hotel is literally 1/2 mile from the airport we decided to take a taxi. The next day going back to the airport we were told that the shuttle would leave at 2:10pm. After 2:25 I went to the front desk and we were informed that since we didn’t pay for the shuttle they didn’t come. After paying for each of us 20 dollars the shuttle came and 2 min later we traveled the 1/2 mile and arrived at the airport. I have travelled all over the world and have stayed at so many hotels providing shuttle services and never have I paid for a shuttle for an airport hotel. Wow they need to make that extra money.

Booked and confirmed a room with two double beds. On arrival was told this is not an option. The room was also meant to overlook the airport which my son was very excited about but instead looked at another building.

The room was booked as a double room and when checking in we were told it was a double room. And then it wasn’t configured for that—the door to the second bedroom hadn’t been unlocked and someone had to come up late at night to sort that out. Not great when we’d been travelling. We’d just been driving but can’t imagine how that would have been for a group flying in or a family with overtired children. One of the swipe keys let us into a different room (which we found out when trying to work out if that was meant to be our second bedroom). That was then replaced, but the replacement wasn’t set up for the carpark. Beds weren’t very comfortable. not just a firm mattress, just not a very good firm mattress. Conditioner pump was broken in one of the bathrooms. Very minor, but the housekeeping replaced towels when they didn’t need to be (we had hung them up), but then other things weren’t done like glasses replaced. The digital concierge wasn’t actually there at all Some of these were fairly minor, but just highlighted deficiencies in attention to detail or quality. Positive things: staff were mostly friendly and were always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had lots of space.

Breakfast was not included in my room reservation, so I cannot rate it. The room itself was wonderful. Very high tech – sometimes too high-tech because I couldn’t figure out how to use some things and had to ask. There were not clear instructions for how to use the high tech stuff, But the hotel staff was very helpful. Wonderful place to stay. The room was like a mini apartment. It had everything. My only complaint was the hairdryer. You had to press and hold the button the entire time – no On switch. This made it impossible to style my hair while blowing it dry because it took two hands to hold down the button. It was so hard. My old hands were not strong enough. Everything else was perfect.

The location was great and close to the airport. Pretty and roomy room but noisy street noise. It’s in a Thai area of town with great Thai restaurant and the hotel restaurant is really good.

The room was amazing. Absolutely beautiful and spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. We were only there one night, but the food in the restaurant was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. This was our second time staying here (its very handy to the airport if you have an early morning flight), and we would definitely stay again!

Everything from check in to check out was exemplary of luxury. From the room, to the pool, to the staff being so nice and friendly. There is a rooftop bar which is so aesthetically pleasing with good music, delicious beverages and food. The location is perfectly close to the airport with a well priced shuttle bus that was on time. Hats off to everyone at this location, I will definitely be staying again!
