Key Issues During Our Stay at The Fletcher Bondi: - Amenities felt very cheap (IKEA/Kmart quality) and cookware caused food to stick, regularly setting off the smoke alarm. - Only two thin, small bath towels provided for an 11-night stay; had to request more and no laundry products were supplied. - Bed was unstable — no headboard, wobbly frame, and moved across the floor even when sitting on it, causing the rug to bunch up. - Door was difficult to lock from the outside; took 30 minutes on the first night with slow communication from the property team. - Door lock felt insecure (push-button only) and the door banged throughout the night, requiring us to wedge a chair against it. - Daily presence of small flying insects in the bathroom. - Cockroaches seen in both the kitchen and bathroom on multiple days; provided spray did not resolve the issue. - Apartment located at the end of a dark driveway with uneven ground and very poor lighting (motion light lasting only a few seconds). - Noise form above apartment, you could hear every conversation and footstep.
