We were aiming for an hotel room with kitchen, then we found Valuesuite, we were also attracted by it's cleanness, based on the description and reviews. However it disappointed us after checked in. If you also need to cook, just remember to contact the hotel in advance to reconfirm, as we found no stovetops in the room (while it was on the description and pictures), we just thought it wasn't the room type we reserved, then after that we were told that our room type actually has no stovetop. (of course you could pay extra and get a room with stovetop, they also have rooms with balcony) The hotel is totally fine for a short stay, room rate is reasonable, although the room was not as clean, it was neat and housekeeping staffs were helpful, coin laundry is available on ground floor just next to the entrance (washing/ drying for 4 AUD), free parking also available and only like 5 mins drive to the nearest supermarkets

Didn't realise new apartments were being built at the time and not alot of dining options in immediate area. However, good value for money, good bed and relatively quiet given my room was next to the train tracks.
