Spacious Home with Amazing Views - 2 min drive to Beach/Water Access

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. This 3 story home offers guests a quiet getaway with ample room for all. Sip on a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on our front balcony and enjoy the water views or cozy up by the gas firepit in the furnished backyard!

This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Upstairs you will find 2 guest rooms + the master bedroom and the laundry room. Each guest room has a queen bed and full closets. The guest bathroom is shared with a full bathroom with double sinks.
The master bedroom includes a king bed, dresser, 2 walk-in closets, double sinks, a stand alone shower, jacuzzi tub, and private toilet. You will also find a private infrared sauna in the bedroom.

On the main level of the home there is a large office equipped with a desk and chair. The main living room has a large, rounded couch, coffee table, fireplace, and a new 65" smart tv and record player that is also bluetooth compatible. Off of the living room is the front balcony that is fully furnished for our guests. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the breathtaking water views. There is an additional family room with plenty of seating and a gas fireplace. The formal dining room can seat up to 6.

The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials that provide guests with everything they need to make a delicious meal (pots, pans, dishware, salt, pepper, oil, etc.)
There is a 5 burner gas range stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and full sized refrigerator ready for our guests to use at their pleasure.

In the backyard you will find covered seating with BBQ and BBQ essentials.

At the bottom level of the home is the dedicated entertainment space. Mix up some cocktails at the wet bar/kitchenette and enjoy your favorite movie on the 86" tv!

Everything about our experience with this home & our host was top notch. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was big. There was enough space for all of us to spread out. My older son enjoyed making coffee in the morning & enjoying the view. Both my adult children appreciated the vinyl collection & record player. The TV was easy to use. The host was very communicative. He let us know about the potential stormy Friday before we arrived, so that we were able to adjust our touring plans a little bit. We hope to return soon!

Christmas at Browns Point

Kevin’s place was outstanding. Beautiful throughout and enough towels for an army! He even had a beautiful tree put up for us. Definite five star property. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful walking areas. Close to Dash Point park and lots of fabulous trails. The beach area was a short walk way and fabulous for a stroll. We also loved the dining close by.and the lighthouse was also walking distance. Kevin was super responsive as well.

Amazing house

This house is beautiful, and the views are even better! The pictures do not do it justice. It was even more amazing than we were expecting. The house had everything we needed for making dinner a couple nights, and the beds were very comfortable. If we are ever this way again, we will definitely stay here!

Wonderful all around.

My husband and two of my sons stayed at this lovely home. We were in town for a family gathering and wanted to be near my mom in Federal Way and also close to a venue in Tacoma. The home was very clean, well equipped, spacious, comfortable, and pretty. The weather wasn’t great, but we did have nice glimpses of the great view. Our host, Kevin, is a nice guy, very responsive, and we felt he really cared about us enjoying his property. Thanks Kevin!

Lovely neighborhood, thoughtful host!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The home is spacious and beautifully decorated, and we especially loved watching sunsets over the water from the deck. It is close to multiple parks and Dash Point beach. The host was very nice and responsive. Note that the house does not have AC, but it did not feel too hot in the house at night (even when it was over 90 degrees out during the day, which wasn’t often). Would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone!

Incredible stay in a beautiful home

My family and I stayed at Kevin’s property for three nights after we finished an Alaskan cruise. It was the perfect end to our two week journey. The home was immaculate and beautiful. Kevin was the perfect host. He thought about every detail for his guests, even down to providing to-go coffee/tea cups for our journey to hike Rainier. The home was situated in a stunning neighborhood with incredible views. This is truly a hidden gem in a perfect location. We all would give this a 10 star review if that was an option. Thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness, Kevin! You made then end of our family vacation absolutely perfect. We will absolutely return!
