The owner was not able to honor the booking, but never communicated this to me until I arrived at the property. Expedia supported me and got me a hotel room but I spent an hour on the phone with them before it was resolved.

The room was okay for the price and the Host was quite nice and treated me kindly. My one complaint is the designated entrance for Airbnb guests needs better lighting and the wood handrails secured better. When I reached out to grab it to steady myself in the dim light I could didn't feel confident that it would hold me if I had started to fall.

This is a "room" in an older not well maintained house in a sketchy neighborhood. Parking on the street was a challenge, and the driveway had inoperable cars, 3 trash cans overflowing and a dozen trash bags piled in front of the car. The room had a window a/c unit with plywood and tape to seal the opening (it was leaking cold air inside) Also a lot of street noise. You have to use a shared bathroom, but the biggest complaint is the entire house reeked of cigarette smoke and to cover it up 2 Glade mist warmers were in the room, Between the cigarette smoke and overwhelming perfume of the warmers - I developed watering eyes, and a cough,
