"This was easily the best stay I’ve had anywhere in a very long time. The room was much larger by far than most hotels of the same calibre, including the washroom. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating, and made us feel right at home with their warmth and friendliness. A special thanks goes to the clerk that checked us in (I believe his name was Farqan? I apologize if that’s an incorrect spelling) for being so very kind and welcoming to a couple of very tired travellers arriving in the middle of the night. His ability to put us at ease (and even smiling!) after a long and brutal journey should not go unrecognized! Housekeeping was extremely helpful, allowing us to use a garment steamer "
