Love this hotel. It’s centrally located, close to everyone we want to see and everything we want to do. The reception desk staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and filled with all the amenities we need. The free breakfast is always great. Underground parking is a bonus!

The breakfast is simpler than other Hampton Inn I stayed, but definitely better than the continental. The facility is clean and staff is very nice. Close to the rail way station, but a bit isolated with no stores around.

Clean spacious rooms, staff are nice to deal with they are all kind especially the ladies at the breakfast area. They always greet guests with smiles on their faces. Free safe parking. Free breakfast - not too many choices but can't complain. It's not always that you get free breakfast in a hotel. Hotel lobby is always clean and there's free coffee and tea all the time. We will stay here again if we go back to Ottawa.
