Disgusting room

Room dumpy, metal coming out under mattress cut my leg. Bathroom wall paper peeling. Grout disgusting. This hotel is an embarrassment. Lobby redone and very nice, but room is the worst room I’ve ever stayed in.

Very disappointed, $400 per night for a very dated property, room dated and dirty, Motel 6 has better rooms. Dust everywhere, dirty towel from previous guest behind tv, shower hose hold and loose, doors very hold, carpet dirty, i opened the sofa bed and it was stained , my daughter has dust mite allergy and kept sneezing and scratching. $44 for valet? Seriously?

Great place to stay for the Gasparilla Classic

I love staying here..I have stayed here a couple years in a row while I run the Gasparilla Distance classic... My only 2 complaints..I froze my butt off in my room..I tried to attempt to turn on the heat..no luck. The other complaint was my coffee maker didn't work..At 4:15am before the race..lol..I was counting on that couple of coffee

This places ruined my Valentine’s Day - I had a balcony hotel and they downgraded me to a double queen with no balcony and didn’t even let me know ahead of time. Also the parking situation was a nightmare.

You are charged more for things that should have been included in the price because of the obvious need of a hotel providing basic amenaties. Also the breafast information was misleading. They offer breakfast but is not included in price of stay. As for the rooms, they are well cleaned but unfortunately the room and elevator are not well maintained and having , plumbing/ electrical problems.

Worst hotel service ever honestly.

This was ridiculous Arrived at 3:30pm only to be seated in the lobby and brushed off until 5:00pm when I demanded they get me and my wife into the room we paid for and even then they gave us the keys to the room and the room had never been cleaned from the occupants prior so then the housecleaning were sent up and me and my wife had to wait in the hall way with all of our luggage until 5:30pm and missed our dinner reservations. None of the employees at the hotel seemed to care at all about the inconvenience. The shower water did not get warm only ice cold but was told there weren’t any other rooms available so we just had to deal with cold showers in a $400/night hotel. Honestly not worth any of my money and we will never make this mistake again. Zero compensation from the hotel in any way shape of form.

First things first, they charge $25 amenity fee per night that you can use towards food & drink but the restaurant is not efficiently run. When I was there, people told me they waited for 1.5 hours just to get eggs. I still seated myself but I noticed server didnt even come to clean my table and give me coffee or water that she was giving to guests that came after me. Poorly run restaurant with unprofessional srrvers
