The room had a terrible onion smell but otherwise looked good. They gave us a new room, but the shower was tiny and uncomfortable. We were woken up at 3 am to fire alarms and people running down the halls. never could figure out what was going on but the alarms finally stopped after what seemed like 20 minutes. Very unhappy with the over all stay

UNSAFE & POORLY TRAINED STAFF

Fire alarm goes off between 5-530 am. No one at front desk. Never showed up. We checked open offices and called 911. Front desk person NEVER showed up. Finally firemen said ok to return to rooms. In the morning front desk said he was checking the building and did not consider all the people. Door from park of the building locked to exit. After banging on door someone opened so we could exit the building.
