Set across a 12.5-acre working vineyard in the heart of Temecula Wine Country, The Villa & The Casita at Vines Estate bring two private retreats together for couples, families, or friends. Sitting approximately 400 feet apart, they give groups space to spread out while staying close enough to gather, all surrounded by vineyard and mountain views with approximately 50 wineries nearby.

The newly built, 550-square-foot Villa brings a Tuscan-inspired feel with warm Mediterranean details, soft textures, and an inviting living area with a full-size sleeper sofa and 50-inch 4K Smart TV. Its king bedroom includes a 55-inch 4K Smart TV, while a full bathroom and well-equipped kitchenette with granite countertops, full-size appliances, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and fiber internet make longer stays easy. Outside, a private brick patio and new BBQ grill create a natural gathering spot for sunset meals with vineyard and mountain views. A Level 2 Tesla charger in the garage offers 32-amp charging when garage access is rented for $50 per night, with Tesla charging available for an additional $15 per day.

Up the hill, the Casita has its own quieter wine-country character. Large picture windows frame the surrounding vines from the living room, where a full sleeper sofa and TV give guests room to unwind between tastings. The kitchenette includes granite countertops, curated glassware, filtered reverse osmosis water at the coffee station, a mini fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, and Ninja countertop air fryer/toaster oven for coffee, snacks, and simple meals. The king bedroom has its own TV, and a spa-inspired Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom connects the bedroom with the living/sleeping area, pairing a walk-in shower with a soaking tub for an easy end-of-day reset.

Outside, each space gives the group its own way to slow down. The Villa’s brick patio opens toward vineyard and mountain views for BBQ dinners and golden-hour drinks, while the Casita’s private patio adds string lights, a hand-sculpted stone tree, and a more intimate place for morning coffee or a glass of wine under the stars. Guests staying in the Casita also have access to a Tesla universal EV charger with 48-amp charging capacity. Together, the two retreats make it easy to spend the day as one group, then spread back out when everyone wants a little quiet.

The location keeps Temecula Wine Country easy without making the stay feel busy. Approximately 50 wineries are within reach, including nearby Cagliano and Lorenzi, about a 24-minute walk away, so tasting-room days and relaxed evenings at the estate fit naturally into the same trip. Head out for wine tasting, horseback riding through the vines, hot-air-balloon mornings, or the restaurants and historic streets of Old Town Temecula, then come back to vineyard views and two private spaces designed for gathering without feeling crowded.

- Please note that the home is in a rural setting, so you may occasionally see local wildlife or insects around the property. The home is regularly serviced and inspected, and we simply recommend keeping an eye on children and pets, especially in the evenings. Refunds are not provided for occasional wildlife or insect sightings.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Washer and dryer access is available only with the Villa garage rental, which costs $50 per night.
- These are two small, separate dwellings located on a working vineyard. The owner resides in the main residence. The casita and villa are not right next to each other, allowing for privacy. The villa is situated down the driveway from the casita.
- Two Level 2 Tesla chargers are available at the property. The Casita charger has 48-amp charging capacity and costs $15 per day. The Villa charger has 32-amp charging capacity and is located in the garage. It is available only when garage access is rented for $50 per night, and Tesla charging costs an additional $15 per day.
- Both homes include a pullout sofa. These pull-outs are best suited for kids or smaller guests and may feel tight/short for taller adults.
- Please note: The electric fireplaces in both homes are decorative only and do not provide heat.
- Working Vineyard – This is an active vineyard, and normal vineyard operations may take place during your stay. You may occasionally see or hear staff, maintenance equipment, or tractors tending the vines and grounds.

Parking Details:
- Park up to 2 vehicles in front of each unit. Please do not block the garage.
- RV parking can accommodate 1–2 RVs up to 40 feet each at the same time.
- RV parking is for parking only; overnight stays or sleeping in RVs are not permitted.
- RV parking includes a 50-amp hookup and water connection for $15 per night.
- There is no RV dump or sewer hookup.
- A separate service entry must be used for RVs.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-7am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
