We stayed here to get an idea of the villages. This place was pretty close to Brownwood. The house is very well equipped. We cooked every night and had everything we needed.
The house was a great size for our family and very clean! The amenities were fantastic and everything we looked for was available in the kitchen. The golf cart was a nice perk although we didnât get a chance to use it much. The front door lock was especially convenient and made it so we didnât have to worry about keys.
The only downside for us with the size of the bed in the master bedroom, it could be a little larger and the toilet was loud when it flushed especially at night.
We would consider renting this property again.
My wife and I stayed for 4 days in May. The house is just as listed. Everything was very clean and provides everything you need for your stay, short or long term. The back screened in porch was so quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood is also very quiet. The golf cart makes getting around a breeze.
The house was very clean, well kept, nicely decorated. It had all the amenities you could want in a rental house in the Villages. Really a great rental property.
A few very minor improvements: better, more updated coffee maker, some one or two use dishwasher and washer detergent, and some facial tissues.
