Location! Location! Location! Stay comfortably in The Villages at this lovely 2-bedroom Courtyard Villa with a water view walking distance to Lake Sumter Landing.

Inside the peaceful and serene villa near the Miona Recreation Center and the Canal Street Recreation Center, guests will find an abundance of peace and relaxation. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, each with their own en suite bathroom. The master bath has a shower and the second bath has a tub and a shower.

There's lovely outside patio space where you can relax with morning coffee or tea, or perfect for afternoon reading.

Some special features of this upscale villa include an ultra high end Samsung frame television where you can watch television or enjoy your own museum quality art show, a cloud style comfy white couch, upgraded fans throughout, tankless hot water heater and a reverse osmosis water filter system for the freshest drinking water possible.
