We are situated close to Picton, 30-45 min from Camden, Campbelltown, Wollongong, Mittagong and Bowral. We are 1 hr away from Sydney.

This cosy cottage has three bedrooms on 5 acres farm. We grow fruit trees, herbs, vegetables with loads of ornamental flowers and trees.

A swim spa to enjoy, a herbal gardens to potter around or visit farm animals located nearby. We are near the NSW Rail Museum, Thirlmere Lakes, Dams, pubs and trendy cafes.

We love hosting families with children. BUT we don't love the extra cleaning. Therefore certain items are banned or extra $100 cleaining fee applies.
Pets cannot be left unattended in cottage. Must let us know when pet is coming even though there is no charge. All poo must be picked up.
Quiet time is 11:00pm as noise does travel in the country area. No parties with noise is permitted.

Our stay at Lavinia's property was wonderful. The accommodation is first class with so many thoughtful inclusions offering a superior level of comfort. It is close to the main attractions in the area. And Lavinia's helpfulness in communication prior to our visit was especially welcome.

Beautiful Country Home

We had a lovely stay in Lavinia's stunning countryside home. Our children loved running in the big back yard and exploding the orchard. The home was warm, clean and beautifully styled. I loved all the original paintings on the wall, especially the rockpools. We would love to stay again one day.
