There was a burn hole in the sheet on the bed and we chalked it up to being in Mexico. However, when we checked out, they went to our room and pulled the sheets and hand towel and tried to charge us for the burn hole in the sheet. We do not smoke. And there were no face washcloths, so my wife washed her makeup off with a hand towel and they tried to charge us $7 to wash the towel.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times already and had never had a problem until yesterday. Left over trash, used water bottle and used shampoo were left behind from the previous people

Bad service

We got there around 4:00 pm and our room wasn't ready lit was suppose to be ready by 11:00 am got to the room and the bathroom light was not working told the front desk 4 times and nothing so I got tired of saying it

Checked out early!

Pros: location
Cons: parking is a huge problem
1st of all, no parking. I was instructed to park my brand new vehicle in a seedy, dark lot on the other side of the block. That affiated lot ended up being full, so they had no choice but to let me double park... but I had to leave my keys. No peace of mind all night! Later that night, I came back bar from the club with a friend, and they would NOT let him up to my room!! They wanted to charge me extra. I refused and ended up checking out at 3 am for this reason. This place is off of Revolucion, I doubt this is the first time they've had people bring someone back from the club before. I would not recommend this place. The room was very uncomfortable.
