All was great..New bldg..Great bed and bath.. Only One bad thing..It was around 3a.m and a banda band was still going on in a near by place.Could not sleep at all

The bed headboard was dirty and had a huge stain on it the AC did not work properly and made a very loud noise when you turn it on. The dinning room chairs where stained the outside chairs were dirty

Cost and effect... 7.5 ya aint sleeping in here!!!
Place was ok, kinda hard to find but not bad. Kinda cold, minimalistic, looks newer but strange stuff need maintenance but this was no inconvenience any way. The wallpaper is pealing off but thats on the builder shotty job. The worse thing is 11:00 am check out. Thats juat damm rude. Location was actually pretty good for the price, hopping nightclub next door if you are into reggeton. Room overall was large and nice. Could not get tv channels. Large fridge was nice but no counters in kitchen or bathroom. I Don't think I would stay here aagin.
