1. Every day I had to get my key card reset. The card is needed for the elevator, as well as room. 2. We had to frequently call to have the room cleaned. 3. DO NOT reserve rooms that face Ave. Revolucion. Club Pulgas, next door, blasts music all night and past 3 AM; all damn week. From now on I'm going to New City in Tijuana.

I stayed here for five days and it was an amazing experience. I ordered room service every night. Everything came promptly and it was fresh and delicious. Hotel is very clean and private definitely a bonus with a Gym. I will definitely be staying here again not to mention free breakfast in the morning.
