When I arrived I asked for a clean and a room not close to the elevator and one of the staff put me first in 1 room next to the elevator and I asked to be changed. Next room was awful no amenities, no towels and smelled like sewer. 3 was the charm a nice lady of reception changed me to a much better room and that made my stay more enjoyable. I loved the spa and did a little workout at the gym.

Good choice

Clean, large room. Bathroom was large and updated, except for the shower head which was mostly clogged with hard water residue and so had no pressure. Everyone we encountered offered great customer service.
