The front desk lady was not pleasant and not suited to be the front desk of a hotel.. She had very obvious attitude. When I came into my room the beds were not made the sheets were dirty and the other bed was not made at all. There were no towels in the bathroom and the lock for the bathroom door was broken. I complained about the lock on the door and the front desk said they would sent someone to fix it, and a day later no one came. The hotel provided no customer service to compensate for the lousy services and just gave attitude to make sure I check out on time.

Terrible Check-In

I had booked a room for the 4th of July two weeks prior to the date. I got a confirmation email that I had secured a room. The 4th came around and my friends and I got to the hotel around 5:00 PM (an hour after check in). We walked up to the desk and gave them the name of the reservation. After that he seemed to be typing on the computer, then he was talking to the other woman at the desk and they started arguing. I overheard them talking about not having a room. Eventually the man told us the room was not ready. He gave us no other information. When we didn’t just walk away he said we could get the key, then come back in an hour after it was cleaned. When we asked if it would be done in an hour he told us there was no guarantee. We told him that was not acceptable and we would need some compensation. He told us there was nothing he could do for us. Then he told us a few minutes later that there were no rooms available for the night. I told him he needed to give us a room since we had booked it and payed for it in advance. Throughout all of this he was giving us attitude and getting frustrated with us. Then eventually he pulled out 4 room keys and told us to go down the hall to our room. As we were walking to our room, a lady who had just checked in came out of her room and said that she has found someone else already in her room. I felt that he wasn’t taking us seriously since we are younger. I’m very disappointed and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

My family of 5 stayed at this property and from the very beginning it was an absolute amazing stay. From check in to check out. The suites are big and nice. I’m big on everything being clean and my room did not disappoint!! Actually the whole hotel was kept very clean and smelled amazing in the hall ways. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work Latitude!

I found this hotel to be wonderfully modern and updated. From the minute I walked into the main lobby and then the suite, I was impressed with the contemporary style and finishes. The suite was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. The bathroom was clean and very well done with a rainfall shower that included multiple jets! Kitchenette supplies were provided and I was happy to find a keurig type coffee maker on the counter. I was able to get some work done at the spacious desk which had a comfortable chair and the folliwing day, had lots of space to get ready for a wedding. I would stay here again without question!

The hotel appeared relatively new and modern, and the room initially seemed fine. However, it was uncomfortably hot, and I soon discovered that the thermostat in the living area had been unplugged. After plugging it back in, the mini split unit turned on—and that’s when I noticed a significant amount of mold on the blowers. It became clear that the thermostat may have been intentionally unplugged to prevent anyone from using the unit and discovering the issue. As a parent traveling with two young children, this was deeply concerning and disappointing. Cleanliness and air quality are basic expectations that were not met.

Property it self is clean and updated but staff wasnt friendly. They dont do room service for 3 days but do collect trash and replqce towels as adviced at the check in, which is fine. But we had to ask 3 times in person to get trash collected and towels replaced. Was told to search for room service staff and ask them for towels. Not a friendly/welcoming experience. Room is spacious and property is neat. Has full kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove top and coffee maker. Two TVs.

This Hotel, while a very nice and clean hotel, did not accommodate us for what we paid for. I paid $483 for a King room for one night and got a double bed room, and the manager blamed it on Expedia. I received confirmation from this place the day before to check in with a King room, and I did the check-in online the night before. When we arrived were told there are no King rooms. They also denied me to check in for the additional $30 for 1 hour early, letting them know in advance I had an affair to go to and checking in at 4 pm would make me late, and they did not care. I would never stay here again.

Very pleased

My mom and I really enjoyed staying at the latitude suites. We loved our room. It was very comfortable, the staff was great especially Brian and Carol and even though it was only one night we really enjoyed ourselves.
