I loved our stay here. It wasn’t the best stay we had while in Japan but it was pleasant. The pillows and mattress were like bricks which I can say is the only down side to this hotel. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was vibrant. The food was delicious and the location was a very convenient spot for walking anywhere. Plus there was a bus stop not even 10 steps from the hotel. Overall the stay was nice but if you are tall I.e. 6ft or above the beds aren’t particularly made with that height in mind.

Lovely hotel in an easily accessible area. Only issue is that there is only one lift per building. The lift queues get massive between 9.30 and 10.30, so it's fine if you avoid those times.

APA is my go-to in Japan for its convenience—most locations are close to train stations and convenience stores. The staff are always friendly and polite, even with the language barrier. Rooms are small but clean, with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Price-wise, it’s budget-friendly—not too cheap but not too expensive, offering great value.
