Auberge de jeunesse prĂšs de Croisement de Shibuya Ă Tokyo
Along with a restaurant, there's a coffee shop/cafe on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. Almond hostel & cafe Shibuya also features multilingual staff, coffee/tea in a common area, and laundry facilities.
Very nice staff, always ready to help. Good intimacy in the dormitory thanks to the curtains and the way the beds are arranged. Very clean hostel. Couldnât ask for more !
It's a great location on a quiet street but still close to a train station and only 20 minutes walk to Shibuya Crossing. The cafe has great food and coffee and is open until late. If you need a place purely to sleep and get some food whilst exploring the city then it's spot on.
I didnât know that hostel means a sleeping space provided and nothing else. We got corner space bank beds with vertical ladder. That was not easy to get on the bed and manage belongings stored under somebody elseâs lower bed space. Only space we had were common with three chairs with a table for eating etc. Otherwise we had to stay on our bank bed. Affordable, convenient location but not for me again.
This was my first hostel experience and overall it was great. The staff was extremely kind. It was tight sleeping quarters and folks staying there were not as friendly as I thought they would be but it was great nonetheless.
