I had an amazing time at this hotel, beyond all the amenities. The environment was great. Had no problems. Staff spoke English well and was kind. Wifi worked great. The free meal options were money savers. It was a pleasure staying here solo. Would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Japan solo! I did get the bigger capsule they doesn't have a tv. But it was roomie. And comfortable. Can't say enough good things about this capsule hotel! Arigatou!

The receptionists were very friendly and attentive. They have amazing amenities such as free meals, up to 5 free alcoholic drinks, massage chairs, mangas, etc. the place is very clean and from my experience, all the other guests were not loud at all.
