The staff was not accommodating. The beds were super uncomfortable and the food was not good quality. They didn’t even ask how our stay was. Very disappointed for a supposed 4 star hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view (we were on the 24th floor). The location of the hotel is very convenient to Metro. They gave us 2 bottled water everyday. We stayed for 4 nights and we will come back again next time we visit Tokyo.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the upper floors was simply unbeatable. Even on a cloudy day, it carried a poetic charm of its own. Breakfast was both abundant and delicious—a perfect pairing with the Tokyo Skytree in sight. This was my second stay, and once again, I’m beyond satisfied—120,000% happy!

Perfect hotel with all the bell’s & whistles. Location is perfect. Walkable to tons of places ( shrines, shopping, restaurants etc). Best view of the sky tree from my room. I would highly recommend it.

As the name implies, the view of Asakusa Skytree and the surrounding city skyline was breathtaking. The staff and service experience were wonderful. We speak only some Japanese, but our experience was wonderful and the staff were able to communicate with us despite our limited Japanese. The property was in excellent condition, and we absolutely loved the breakfast buffet! There were many options, and again the service experience was superb. We walked to Sensoji temple and to the shopping (donqi and uniqlo) all within 5mins walk or less from the property, so the location was great for the area, and very close to the subway line connecting all.over tokyo. We would love to stay again the next time we are lucky enough to be traveling to Japan.

The staff are amazing and exceptionally helpful. It is generously staffed with friendly greeters at the main door, and a person stationed at the elevators to help call the next lift. The rooms are relatively spacious, with thoughtful layouts, and self care amenities that are replaced daily. I've yet to have a bad stay at this property.

I stayed 5 days and room view are foods are nice, but carpet need to be cleaned and tea area and TV stand board were covered by white thick dust. Cleaner lady did not clean properly. It was frustrated to using time for the coin laundry which have only short during 3 hours in morning and evening.

Excellent hotel in a brilliant location only a few minutes walk from shinshoji temple with many shops and restaurants all around. Local transport network can be accessed via several stations on various lines all within 10 minutes walk

Hotel is a short walk from Senso-Ji which is great. Nearest subway is a bit of a walk, though, but not the end of the world. Stayed here as final night in Japan after returning to Tokyo to fly home. Were up early so didn't get to appreciate it to the fullest but we had a very welcoming arrival, brilliant staff and very comfortable beds.
