We loved the location the most. The lobby and staff and restaurant were excellent. Room is just a little outdated but very clean and in order. No complaints.

I loved the view of the city! It was a grand hotel, staff was very friendly and kind! The rooms were nice and big, it was in such a great location to lots of shops and restaurants.

Great location, steps away from Senso-ji shrine. We had amazing views of the Tokyo Skytree. Rooms are big but they are dated. Service is amazing. Overall would recommend to anyon wanting to stay

Great location and lots of comfort

Great location in Asakusa minutes from the biggest temple and thousands of places to eat and shop. Fun and easy location and easy to get to from Haneda. Excellent staff and the bed is comfortable. Good location to get to Oeno and Ginza. Loved my view of the sky tower.

This property is under renovation and it needs it. The public areas are pretty nice but the carpet in the rooms is worn and not fit properly in some areas. They do use the hotel for weddings so all restaurants may not be available which is a disappointment because we paid quite a bit for the room expecting to have access to those amenities. Bus tours stay at the hotel leading to crowding at the breakfast buffet. I would avoid for now and revisit when renovations are complete.

Very convenient going to Asakusa which is full of endless choices of food. 3 metro or subway stations to choose from, for various lines. The hotel buffet has good selection of Japanese and Western food. The room itself is on the old side. But clean enough. Good amenities.

Beds and Pillows

I would give the hotel 5 stars if they provided comfortable beds and pillows. It seems like they spent much of the budjet on the beauty of the service and property. but not on the comfort of a good night sleep. The beds were hard and the pillows thin. Every other place my wife and I stayed at in Japan provided more than confortable beds. Other than that, this is a beautiful hotel with excellent views of Tokyo.
