Quite possibly the highlight of the trip was the hotel. Excellent breakfast everyday with rotating menu and finishing off the day with the bathhouse. House keeping was efficient and on top of their work everyday.
A great, centrally located hotel. It's literally well connected by trains, its got restaurants nearby, shops, anything. Free coffee in the lobby. The public baths are a great addition too!
The rooms are a bit smaller than what they seem in the pictures, and the bathrooms are a bit outdated.
Staff were brilliant, really kind. Room was good considering the price. There was a can of soda left in the refrigerator from a previous person but other than that, very clean
Very nice and comfortable stay that was walkable to so many area attractions as well as the various transportation stations.
The front desk staff were all very friendly! The top floor lounge was well worth the price and a great place to unwind after navigating the city.
Highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Tokyo!
We enjoyed the location of this hotel in the Akasaka neighborhood. It was walkable to Rappongi, subway lines, National Art Centre of Tokyo. It could get a little noisy at night in the street as there were bars close by in our five night stay.
This hotel was the perfect place to rest your head after a long day of exploring Tokyo. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The rooms are small but well organized.
Room was small, but manageable. Bathroom was uncomfortably small. Room condition and beds were OK. Cleaning people were very noisy in the AM and disregarded the do not disturb sign multiple times. Rates over a holiday weekend we're quite high and therefore not a good value. Location was good however - many restaurants nearby and also well connected to train lines.
