Lovely stay, more of a business area, away from the tourist madness. Yet close to everything. Many Metro & bus lines. 5 stops from HND. Steps from local bus to Roppongi. Loved the patio, the cute lounge, happy hour, coffee. Great staff, very helpful. Standard Rm size was fine for Tokyo. Nice view. We had a great time. Only local TV stations, it was like detox. We really enjoyed our stay.

Solid hotel stay

Celestine hotels across Japan have always been solid. So we already knew we’d be getting a solid evening at the Tokyo Shiba location. From smooth check-in to our clean (cozy) room, our stay was lovely.

Overall, had all the essentials you needed for a comfortable and simple stay. I will note that the room sizes are fairly small, but none of this comes as a surprise (square meters are obviously visible upon booking). Reasonable to say a queen bed room comfortably fits two adult travelers without a significant amount of luggage. For a decent place to sleep with the essentials, this fits the bill. A great amenity was the free beverages (including wine, beer) between 17:00-21:00, serving as a nice happy hour. The gym mainly had cardiac equipment, including treadmills and elliptical, which was fine. Facility was well kept and impeccably clean. Within walking distance to nearest Subway. For the price point, I would stay here again.

Great hotel. Has all you need in terms of toiletries and it’s cleaned and restocked daily. In terms of breakfast we needed vegetarian bits and they remembered us for the rest of the stay! The hotel is clean and the lounge area with free tea/ coffee/ wine is lovely. The terrace was nice too. The fitness centre only had a few cardio machines and a bench. There were no weight machines, no dumbbells and only one floor mat so bring your resistant bands if you need for this one! The surrounding area is nice a quiet. There’s 2 subways within 5 minutes walk.
