Stay was very nice. For me, location was great, subway station right underneath the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and spoke English. Restaurants and shopping in the complex if you didn't want to venture out. Alcoholic beverages in the vending machines, total bonus for me.

Great property. The rooms were well appointed and a good size for Tokyo. I didn’t like the fact that they only gave room service ie make bed every 3 days. Staff tried to be helpful but they had very little English.

Nice little location. Parking is confusing to find but manageable. Once the road construction is finished it will be a better place to stay.

Excellent location in most ways. 15 minute walk from Tokyo Tower, access to Metro below the hotel, plenty of mall and restaurant options within minutes of the door. The hotel itself is a mixed bag - good design, but furnishings in the rooms and the lobby carpet are in need of updating (or at least cleaning). An ok option, but the pricing when we were there was premium level, and the hotel itself is not. Request a freshly updated room from the hotel before you commit.

questionable cleanliness.
Tokyo is a great city to visit! Roppongi is a good location. hotel “seems”clean upon check in. however when we flipped the duvet we realized and could tell the sheets are NOT replaced! we understand that hotel does not provide daily cleaning of rooms except changing of towels and etc. they specify 2 days of cleaning but we dont think they have vacuum the room.
