There's a restaurant on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafe. Public spaces have free WiFi. Imano Tokyo Hostel also features laundry facilities, a front-desk safe, and an elevator.
Great place, helpful staff, clean.
Although it is not the perfect place to make friends. It's business-style, not much is being made to bring people together like in european hostels. the common room downstairs (that is super cool) can be used but it is for customer, so you can't bring you own stuff. They are common places at each floor, but there you mingle only with the rooms near-by.
The accommodation was perfect for the price. Comfortable bunk beds, great shower, clean, hot and strong pressure.
Other guests were quite and considerate.
We had a private 4 bed dorm for our family. Convience store very close by, yummy breakfast to buy, good atmosphere in the reception area/cafe. Small laundry facility with directions to a bigger one if you need to wash more.
We had a great stay, walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars.
Very good for this type of accommodation. More social than many other hostels, but open bunks and lack of lockers come with the usual issues of having a very loud snorer in your room or someone who spreads their mess of stuff around the limited floor space.
The place could use a good refresh of the facilities like a coat of paint, but overall I rate the place highly. Due to the staff. They were excellent, very knowledgeable in providing pleasant top notch service and support for anything.
Would stay here again if my preferred type of accommodation (full height cabin style pods) was not available again elsewhere.
For the price you pay the location is superb and the staff is so lovely! I stayed here for 2 weeks, which is a long time to stay at a hostel, and I was comfortable the whole time. Thank you so much!
