My room window opened toward the wall from the other building. The adjacent rooms had a better view. This was not a big deal and other than that and specially for the price. I am quite happy.

Everything was excellent! I think for Tokyo, room was a really good size. Very clean and modern. No cigarette smell that many people have stated. Great location, nice quiet neighbourhood but right next to metro station! Brilliant breakfast, no noise, great price for Tokyo can't recommend enough!

Pleasant room was a comfortable size. Good price for the room and the proximity to Tokyo station and local metro lines was very convenient. Quieter business area but within easy walking distance to the upscale Ginza area.

The rooms were very small, but honestly, based on my wife’s knowledge of Japan, that was to be expected. It is a very high populated area, and space is very limited. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly. The place was clean. The rooms only get cleaned, every three days. Not good for people with small children. My only complaint is that all of the TV stations are broadcasted in Japanese. That was not cool.

Good choice

Standard Tokyo business hotel with tiny rooms. Very close to Kayabacho metro station, Exit 3. The buffet breakfast is very good, with lots of choices. If breakfast is not included with your rate, you can buy it for only 1200 yen.

Nice very cordial staff who speak English. Hotel is in a nice location. Only down is the Room size but if you are alone, it is kind of a cute and compact room with everything you may need. What i liked most is the Free open buffet breakfast. Lots of options to eat in the morning, whether is is Western food or Oriental. Liked also the fact that Towels were being handed to me everyday in a bag hanging on my door. A useful thing would have been an actual working and efficient AC in the room for when it gets really hot. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
