The staff were helpful and friendly, checking in and out was simple and fast. They let us store our luggage with them after check out as there was a long time between checking out and our flight. Our room was a good size and so were the beds.

The hotel was an amazing deal for the price. The room was very spacious enough for 5 big suitcases. The room was super clean and had extra trash bags. The Staff was also very nice and helped with the automated check-in when it glitched and also assisted in shipping my bags to the next destination. When I come back I’ll definitely consider stay here again. Just be aware if you’re fat you won’t fit on the toilet. Also the coin laundry worked well but you might need to use the dry cycle a few times if you do a big load

This hotel is very well placed in the middle of Roppongi with good links to public transit. The rooms were small (as a lot are in Tokyo at this price point) but clean, nice to spend time in, comfortable pillows and good air conditioning.
