They had no knowledge about anything around their area, like train station, Subway, etc??? We had to go around to find the stations where they told us to go? Then we found it the subway was close by for us to go to Asakusa? Also arranging to get the tax night before and we asked them that we had a few luggages so to make sure the taxi has enough room for them? But they said they could not request that? I never had any problems with other hotels?? They told us that if we ask for little bigger taxi then we have to pay extra 2,000 yen? They also charged us for getting rid of the suits case because it was broken! I don’t think I will recommend anyone for that Toyoyoko Inn

The hotel staff were always very helpful and friendly. Despite the small size of the room, it had everything efficiently arranged and we made it work. The breakfast was a tasty rotating variety of Japanese dishes, which meant that it changed each day. Laundry onsite was convenient. Location was good because there were 3 subway lines within a 5-10 minute walk. Overall we really enjoyed our 10 day stay here.

Nice place. Very accessible and walkable to a lot of tourist spots and restaurants. Rooms are clean and a little spacious than most hotels. Breakfast is included and delicious
