Room was clean and staff were very friendly during our stay even if it was only a single night. Breakfast was okay, less variety but for the price I believe it to be pretty decent already. The room though is really very very small. I have stayed at other similar budget hotels with slightly larger room. Would be nice to have a firmer/extra pillow. Nonetheless it's all good. Nobody goes to Japan to stay inside the hotel.

Check in by machine with no acknowledgment from the two people on reception duty. Room cramped, barely space to pass end of the bed to bathroom. Bed hard. Clean, all facilities available, towel, shower gel etc. Breakfast limited but acceptable. No coffee left, breakfast room in reception. Ok for one night.

This was next to the train station, only 2 min walk away. We ran into a day that rained, we did take our own umbrella, but discovered that the hotel had many umbrellas that were free to use and available at the entry way. Also, we discovered that since our check out was at 10, but flight was later in the day, the hotel would be able to hold our luggage and watch it for us until we picked it up. I loved the breakfast as it was homemade and fresh each day. Simple food, but so good.

Hotel room is clean. Location is 1-4mins away from bus and train stations which is very convenient. The hotel is also walking distance to Ueno Park which I love the most. There are also restaurants near the hotel that you can try. There are 2 convenience stores to choose from. Plus you have free breakfast. ☺️

地理位置十分便利，距離鶯谷站只有三分鐘的步程，且生活機能完善，諸多餐廳、藥局、超市、錢湯、免稅店等都在不遠處；飯店小巧，但設備齊全，服務人員禮貌而友善；雖然長住多日會每隔兩天打掃一次房間，不過每天仍會提供新的毛巾與盥洗用品；房內的電視不僅有串流平台可以觀看，而且會詢問隔日是否會使用早餐，每日早餐都有變化，尤其還全天提供免費的現煮咖啡。
這次入住的是單人房，畢竟是商務旅館，空間並不算大，除衣架外並未有衣櫥，但床體其實有加大；此外，隔音效果優異。
單人房的浴室。有個特點是：無論是在凌晨或深夜，隨時都有熱水，而且速度極快，蓮蓬頭的水壓也充足，這對旅人�的盥洗十分便利。
這是其中一天的早餐。
每日早餐的菜色都有變化，連米飯都有兩種選擇，除了固定的白米飯，有時還會有鮭魚拌飯、香鬆拌飯、咖哩飯等等。
