Fair rate for a last minute reservation. It was clean, I felt safe, but customer service leaves a fair amount to be desired. No separation from casino guest parking and hotel guest parking, there is no front desk phone line (or it is unanswered), and most of the staff I encountered seemed disengaged and unwilling to assist guests.

I like this chain, I use it for business purposes as your hotels are close to my facilities I manage, the only thing I have to say is there is was too much chlorine in the pool, my eyes burned for hours and it actually affected my vision for close to 24 hours. Who ever is managing your pool area really needs to be educated on how much to use! I grew up with pools and I watch a fella put chlorine in the pool in Pickering and he did not measure it he was just tossing in the pool. This is something you really need to educate your folks that take care of the pool.

I went there 5-10 days per month during the week and everytime i ask for an upgrade for a track view, manager is saying it's fully booked and it's a lie.

Hidden costs

Hotel is cool if you’re going to gamble or see a race. It’s new, clean and comfortable. Was disappointed how far I had to walk from parking. Buyer beware.. Was disappointed in the hidden “resort” fees the hotel charges. I asked what the charge gets me and pool and sauna was the answer. Uhh.. most hotels have pools and saunas.
