We were to early for breakfast but they had bagged ones for us, great customer service! Friendly, helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms. Should NOT have to pay for parking for the nights you stay there, huge rip off.

We came for a late night stay. Our flight arrived at 1 am and their shuttle bus picked us up without a lot of waiting. The staff were very courteous and efficient. Nice touch of providing a cool bottle of water. The room was spacious and well equipped. Nice mattress. The shuttle took us back to the airport for our connecting afternoon flight. We will definitely be booking the hotel again on our next trip.

The pool was COLD. Was handed a bill for $128 on credit card on arrival… having PAID Expedia in full for room. $25 parking, $100 damage deposit.

Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable with plenty of space in the room. I was given the wrong room number by the front desk when arrived and had to go back to tell them that I wasn’t able to access the room with my card. I was told it wasn’t the correct room number. I was also informed that parking was $27.00 per night but because of the mistake of giving me the wrong room number they would wave the fee for one night. I wasn’t aware that the parking was not included in the room fee. The elevator had this quite loud and annoying ring when it was in operation as it passed each floor. This sound could be reduced so it isn’t as jarring when taking the elevator.
