Your suite is fully private; it`s part of our larger residence and other self-contained suites may be occupied — each with its own entrance, and everyday sounds occasionally travel between suites. Registered guests only (max 2); quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. Exterior cameras only — never inside. Quick ID verification and a short rental agreement after booking. Pets on request (fee applies).
WELCOME TO YOUR HOME BETWEEN TRIPS. The rules below keep this suite the quiet ritual returning guests count on — including the guests in the residence`s other suites.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Max 2 overnight guests, all named on the booking. Visitors beyond your booked count require our written approval in advance. Unapproved visitors are a material breach.

A PRIVATE SUITE, NOT A VENUE. No parties, events, or gatherings beyond registered guests, and no commercial photo/film shoots (our booking platforms` community policies and City of Brampton by-laws).

QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — and the suite shares the residence with other private suites, so indoor-voice courtesy applies around the clock. Brampton`s noise by-law applies at all times.

PARKING: free parking at the suite; street parking available. Keep neighbours` driveways clear.

NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on the property. No illegal substances.

PETS: Welcome upon request with prior approval. Pet fee applies.

VERIFICATION: Government-issued ID and a signed rental agreement are required after booking (disclosed here per platform policy).

MONITORING: Three exterior security cameras: front door, driveway, and backyard. No cameras inside any suite. An indoor decibel monitor measures sound levels only — never audio or video.

ENFORCEMENT: Breach may result in termination of the stay without refund, reporting to the platform, and recovery of fines, damages, and additional cleaning costs. Stays are licences to occupy, not tenancies, per our Terms of Service.
