As this is a two-unit home with a shared HVAC system, temperature is centrally managed to ensure comfort across both the upper and lower units. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee a perfect temperature for both spaces at all times — though this is rarely an issue.
If you'd like the temperature adjusted, please contact the host. We usually respond within 20 minutes, but it may take longer at times. For faster assistance, we recommend leaving a missed call.
