It's located in a short jaunt to hospitals, offices in the financial core. The flat is ideally placed to access the fun and restaurants along Queen and King streets. St Andrew and Osgoode subway stops are both within a 3-minute walk. The condo is right behind the Shangri-La, and is super close to a few coffee places. The city is truly at your front door! The parking spot is within the condo itself, access via elevator. Unite has huge private patio. There is soap, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, towels, hair dryer, iron, washer & dryer in the unit, and everything is cleaned for your arrival. Install SONOS ahead of arrival for playing music throughout. :)
There is Apple TV+Netflix (no cable - instead, online programs and shows). Concierge 24x7.
