"Upon arrival, there was no water in the room but the staff although they knew about it did not care giving a warning. I came down the lobby to ask why there was no water in my room and they said when the water is back they will give me a call. However there was no phone in the room! On the next morning I missed the breakfast by arriving at 9:30 and again the staff was not concerned and did not care about offering to arrange me with a yogurt or cereals. "
