The Space:
Welcome to our fabulous penthouse at TAO Tulum, perfectly designed for up to 4 guests – ideal for two adventurous couples exploring Tulum. TAO is strategically located, just a stone's throw away from the beach road and the awe-inspiring Mayan Ruins in the National Park. It's also a short drive from a variety of boutique shops, local cuisine, and endless options for eco-tours and water activities. Whether you're interested in Tulum’s history and culture or prefer to relax on the nearby beaches and cenotes, our penthouse is the perfect base for your adventures!

As you step inside our condo, you’ll experience the open-concept design seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas for enjoying meals and downtime together. There’s a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV for relaxing moments where you can connect to your own streaming accounts and just kick back and recharge.

The full kitchen features all the appliances and essentials needed to prepare meals at home, including a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to enjoying your vacation. There’s a breakfast bar with natural wood stools for dining indoors, or step outside onto your private balcony, where you’ll have seating for enjoying a bite or a beverage in the fresh air.

As many of our guests have raved, the highlight of our penthouse is the private rooftop with a spa tub/plunge pool, sun loungers, shaded dining area, wet bar, and a swing chair! Access the roof directly from the living room via the spiral staircase and prepare to be enchanted by the lush views and inviting roof lounge atmosphere. It's the perfect spot to start your day with a sunrise or wind down with a sunset, to relax after a day at the beach, to stargaze at night, or even to practice yoga!

When it’s time to rest, there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms to accommodate four guests. Both bedrooms feature Smart TVs, ample closet space and chic decor. The first bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and the second has a queen bed with a bathroom just outside. Bedroom 1, considered the primary suite, has a desk, chair and lamp set up in case someone needs a quiet, dedicated workspace.

When you're not out exploring, take advantage of the fantastic amenities onsite! Spend the day lounging by the beautiful pool, enjoy a cookout night using the communal BBQ, maintain your fitness routine in the well-equipped gym, and visit the yoga area to connect with the serene surroundings. These amenities are designed to enhance your stay and ensure you have a truly memorable Tulum experience!

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 122 km | 76 mi from the Cancun Airport and 42 km | 26 mi from the new Tulum International Airport. Let us know if you need assistance with transportation. If you are arriving by car, there’s a free assigned parking space.

- Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise.
- Electricity and Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon arrival, you’ll need to stop by the security booth to register and show your ID. The apartment is self-check in using a code to the lockbox to access the keys.
