The pictures needs to be updated, this hotel is run down. We had rented the penthouse and expected it to be really nice, after all, it was the penthouse. The rooftop pool was dirty, full of bugs , told the manager and he cleaned it out so we could dip our feet in it. The washer/dryer was put together with electrical tape and it emptied all the water all over the floor with nowhere to go, so the deck was always wet. The common pool was ok , never saw anyone in it, always shady. They had coffee and cookies out all day which was nice, if you like ants in your food. The staff was nice and helpful, the manager could learn from them.would we stay there again? No, we would take our vacations elsewhere. Disappointed

Where do I began?! I Loveeeed it here, the staff is super friendly. I traveled with my daughter and it was clean, friendly & extremely safe. They speak great English & were very helpful with recommendations! There were plenty of choices in Tulum & Honey this one was one of the best. It was a amazing experience. Your stay here includes bike rental from the resort. I give them a 10/10 rating.

This place was the absolute perfect stay for our five nights in Tulum! I usually go for Airbnb’s when I travel, but having a place with amazing staff who made us feel welcome, accommodated and safe the whole time was what we needed! It’s small enough where it feels secluded still, but also has all of the amenities you need. The pool was incredible, fresh coffee and filtered water 24/7 was a plus! They had free bikes for us to use, and the surrounding area felt safe and we were able to walk around during the day or evening to find food close by. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helped us in any way we needed, they make you feel so welcomed! The rooms were so spacious and had all we needed and more, beds were very comfortable! We all agreed that staying here made the trip so much better. Would highly recommend!
