It was a good stay, it is worth the price has I expected for a 3 star hotel, very sympathetic people who work there, many very good restaurants coffee close by, if I have to go back to Tulum I will consider it for staying again

We stayed at the Luxury Apartment (Deck Garden Apartment w/ Private Pool), the room looked good at first but it actually is a little rundown and needs some maintenance or updates. The downside was that it seems to connect to the room next door with a wood sliding door, you could hear and smell everything happening next door, it didn’t feel private. The hotel staff is really good and responsive. The location is perfect between the tulum downtown and the beach, parking and great restaurants walking distance. Overall good experience, comfortable bed and room, the shared pool was great after a day exploring.

The staff and this hotel are truly wonderful. Canadlero is especially very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and have stayed here twice for over 2 weeks each time. Don't listen to the review's that are bad as they are just complainers and probably complain everywhere they stay. All the staff are trying there very best to make your stay as great as possible. Beautiful place and highly recommend. For the price and what you get it is very reasonable.

Nice hotel with free parking and free beach club access to their sister hotel. Pool could be cleaner. Breakfast nice but limited choice.
